Crest Cadillac Service came through again. Saturday afternoon while driving on I94 one of my tires went flat. I called Cadillac Roadside Assistance. They arranged for Crest Cadillac to come out and cha afternoon while driving on I94 one of my tires went flat. I called Cadillac Roadside Assistance. They arranged for Crest Cadillac to come out and change the tire. It was only about 35 to 40 minutes after the call when the Crest Technician met me on the side of the highway. He had all the equipment needed and had the tire changed in 20 minutes. That’s customer service!! This isn’t a one off performance. Time and time again Crest comes through. Thank you. More
