Recently not very happy. My door lock wasn’t working so I came to have it fixed which, had to be replaced. Total cost of repair was twice of what it should’ve cost. Not only that I had to come back the next came to have it fixed which, had to be replaced. Total cost of repair was twice of what it should’ve cost. Not only that I had to come back the next day because it wasn’t totally fixed, as I could not open the door from the outside. The technician didn’t bother to check that the door worked before he released the car to me. After that I noticed that the inside door was not put on correctly, so now I must go back to have that remounted & completed. Very sloppy work by the technician! More

Service was great and the people are always very nice. However the quote I was given was one amount so I had planned on spending that amount but when I received the final bill it was over 100 more than wh However the quote I was given was one amount so I had planned on spending that amount but when I received the final bill it was over 100 more than what I was quoted, luckily I was still able to pay the bill to pick up my vehicle. They should be real clear on the numbers and provide accurate pricing, if anything changes from the original quote give the customer a call right away so there are no surprises when it comes to payment and pick up. Other than that everything else was great, keep up the good work! Thanks everyone! More

I was disappointed that a customer waiting in the lounge was not wearing a mask. At least three different employees spoke to him about his car, but did not address his missing mask.
