I was disappointed that a customer waiting in the lounge was not wearing a mask. At least three different employees spoke to him about his car, but did not address his missing mask. Dan did a fantastic job. Scheduling my car and allowing enough time to have it completed properly. Glen, my mechanic, made sure every detail was double checked and a safety check was also done in addition enough time to have it completed properly.
