I had the best service from your maintenance department. I used Cadillac road side assistance and Nick was my technician. He diagnosed the problem took my tire back to the shop and patched the hole and re I used Cadillac road side assistance and Nick was my technician. He diagnosed the problem took my tire back to the shop and patched the hole and replaced the sensor. He then brought the tire back and worked with my schedule. He was polite and knowledgeable. I had a problem with my car that was mis-diagnosed by another mechanic. The Crest team correctly diagnosed and fixed my car in much less time and much cheaper than what I was previously told.
