I was disappointed however, when I went to the parts department and discovered that a valet key which I was not provided when I purchased my certified used car would cost about $40.00. I failed to ask the salesman for it when I purchased the car. My fault, but there should be a check list for sales personnel to follow when a sale is made. Not a big deal, but I miss it and not worth the $40.00. More

Prompt and courteous customer service! I feel very welcome at Crest. Courteous people who listen to my problem and prompt service. I have been a customer at two other dealers (not Cadillac I feel very welcome at Crest. Courteous people who listen to my problem and prompt service. I have been a customer at two other dealers (not Cadillac), but neither of them ever made me feel that they cared whether I came back or not.
