Sooo courteous polite helpful useful efficient and gave a great impression for caring customer service!! I was so impressed with them from the first phone call we made to find out about the problem right th great impression for caring customer service!! We checked with a much closer Cadillac dealer and they were rude and gave us a ridiculous run around about our repair! We bought our car at Crest in the spring and because of the service we’ve been given from your dealership thus far…we will definitely do repeat business with you again!
