Second time they messed up my appt. Not in the system on arrival. Brake problem was bandaided. New brakes put on, same problem still there. Dealer informed me of this. For the price I paid for my Cadillac I would expect a better experience in the service department. I never felt overly welcomed at your dealership and when I came in to have my service done, the lot atte better experience in the service department. I never felt overly welcomed at your dealership and when I came in to have my service done, the lot attendant Chris was very unfriendly. He basically handed me the keys did not say anything to me and had a frown on his face and walked away as if I were bothering him. This is not up to Cadillac standards. The waiting area is also rather tired and sparse in offerings for a Cadillac dealership and in comparison to lower brand vehicle dealerships. I was just expecting more all around. More
