Crest dealership has serviced multiple vehicles and each time the service met my expectations and exceeded the service requested, ex: Other than the main problem our G6 had a particular issue with a headli time the service met my expectations and exceeded the service requested, ex: Other than the main problem our G6 had a particular issue with a headlight continuously shorting out, staff was able to identify the issue along with a solution. When our Cadillac was serviced, it came back running like near new, Whenever there was a service that took longer than specified, staff provided timely updates Always in a Courteous manner, only once a staff person was short with me, however it hasn’t happened again over the last 10 years.
