Dioscouraged and Disappointed We originally went to Crest Cadillac in 2017 for a change in models with two conditions: 1. We wanted to move from the CTS to the XT5 Premium Luxury We originally went to Crest Cadillac in 2017 for a change in models with two conditions: 1. We wanted to move from the CTS to the XT5 Premium Luxury 2. The vehicle must have Adaptive Cruise Control Said vehicle was available and a 39 months lease was signed. Fast forward to 2020: 2017 lease was about to expire. We returned to Crest debating whether we should lease another XT5 or an XT4. After driving the XT4 we decided to stay with the XT5 and lease was signed on 1/31/2020. Driving home to Racine we discovered, to our chagrin, that the vehicle DID NOT HAVE ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL. C'mon Crest, you folks knew what we had in 2017 and what conditions we put forth at that time. Then, over the next two days we discovered that all 4 tires were low on air pressure and the hood latch wouldn't lock upon closing. So we needed to make a special trip to Boucher Cadillac in Racine (after choosing Crest for the lease) to have these matters attended to. It's also notable how much time David was willing to spend with us on the day to seal the deal compared to the time spent the day we picked up the vehicle when the demeanor seemed to be how fast he could get through with it and get on to the next sale. I can only say that Crest may be the largest stand alone Cadillac dealer in Wisconsin, but this experience tells us they're just another run of the mill car dealer. More
