Defective product and won’t fix My CT6 has a known defect with squeaky brakes. Cadillac is aware of this defect yet they do nothing about it. The service tech said it was because o My CT6 has a known defect with squeaky brakes. Cadillac is aware of this defect yet they do nothing about it. The service tech said it was because of the way I stepped on the brakes (this was just an argumentative statement). He then proceeded to tell me that this squeaky braked Cadillac was the best car I’ve ever had. His assumption is as incorrect as his other unnecessary remarks. Steve lacks tact and professionalism to deal with the public. If one of my employees treated a customer in this fashion, he would find his situation on the unemployment line. His behavior was so outrageous that Ryan needed to step in the middle to take care of me. This is not my first luxury car - it’s my first Cadillac. This is also my last Cadillac. Substandard service has a long term effect on the brand. This is probably why Cadillac is a struggling brand too. I’ll just take my every 36 month new luxury car buying self back to BMW where I came from. More
