Not the best I was in for scheduled maintenance. My car received an oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter change. I had no issues with those services. Howe I was in for scheduled maintenance. My car received an oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter change. I had no issues with those services. However, I was asked if I wanted the vehicle to be washed. I said yes. Upon receiving my vehicle I saw that it was wet which I assumed it had been washed. After driving and stopping at a grocery store I noticed the car was completely dirty. It appears the vehicle was just rinsed off. Smdh. Very disappointed. More

However, I can send you a letter with my disagreement with the sales person who should be fired by the actions that I had with him. He is not a good fit for Crest Cadillac and does represent the people to high standards of excellence!!!!! More

He takes the time to listen, then assesses the issues, and finally services any problems with my 2019 Cad Aaron Carpenter’s alway treats me as family. He takes the time to listen, then assesses the issues, and finally services any problems with my 2019 Cadillac CT6. Unfortunately, I purchased this car from a competitor due to $11,000 difference in price. However, their service department is run like a “three ring circus”. I then decided to go back to Crest Cadillac through the advice of a former GM executive. I am so grateful that Aaron and his team can service my car again.
