When I call and speak with my SA regarding the issue I have, he is prompt to get my vehicle into the shop to get the issues taken care of. They are always willing to work around my schedule with dropping and picking up my vehicle, which is huge for me. Having a service team that is so willing to help and is generally concerned it's something money can't buy. It may be my Cadi but I know my vehicle is CC's Baby.
