I dropped my car off Monday evening 6/26/23 for my 7:15am appointment on 6/27/23. I requested for service on 2 issues: 1) high idle and 2) speedometer not working. I called Ryan during the afternoon on the appointment on 6/27/23. I requested for service on 2 issues: 1) high idle and 2) speedometer not working. I called Ryan during the afternoon on the 27th and he told me they haven't gotten to it yet. My concern was if I had an appointment that morning and was on time at least my vehicle would have been looked at that day. The next morning on the 28th I received a call stating the ECM was bad and if I wanted to have it replaced, said it would be around $1700.00 and asked if I was willing to spend that kind of money on this vehicle. I said yes and to take care of the ECM. I then received a text on the afternoon of the 28th about the A/C not working. I told him to take care of the ECM and I'll deal with it at another time. On the morning of 29 June Ryan called me and stated that my car would be ready in the afternoon. We agreed on a 3:30pm pickup time. Ryan stated that the car would be washed and ready for me by the time I arrived. When I arrived the car apparently was NOT ready. I was informed of the concerns they found as he (Ryan) gave me the paperwork. I was then asked to wait in the waiting room 20-30 minutes while they get it washed and ready. When I was given my vehicle Ryan told me that they couldn't wash the car because my wiring harness was frayed in many places. I asked where and he stated all along the body lines and he advised me not to wash it either. None of that was stated in our conversations nor documented in the paperwork I received. I felt rushed.
