The car work done was great but I wish the reps were more friendly. I was assisted by 2 different people but each interaction was brisk and cold. I'm not sure if it was due to a staffing issue but all the wo friendly. I was assisted by 2 different people but each interaction was brisk and cold. I'm not sure if it was due to a staffing issue but all the workers also seemed to be too busy to care that patrons were there. I waited in the waiting area while my car was being looked at. No one communicated the estimated wait time. One patron that was also waiting asked for some cookies but never received it. There was one person who took the time to even look in our direction and we had a nice convo about a game that was playing on the TV. That was the only person who made us feel welcomed there. More

Experience was fantastic from making the appointment all the way to picking up my vehicle. I would definitely go back for any future body shop work. For example I forgot to take my garage remote out and wh the way to picking up my vehicle. I would definitely go back for any future body shop work. Everyone with whom I dealt was polite and knowledgeable on my two recent visits. My main problem, since I came to Crest a few years ago is your phone system. When calling, there is no connection and the on my two recent visits. My main problem, since I came to Crest a few years ago is your phone system. When calling, there is no connection and the line just goes dead and drops. A few weeks ago, I repeated the call attempt with numerous numbers from you which I had jotted down, but with no connection on each. Ryan called me to question why I keep calling and hanging up. I was then able to make an appointment for new tires. My first experience years back when this happened, I personally stopped in to make an appointment. I was told there was a problem with the 781-exchange connection to your phones. Obviously the phone connection between us is still a problem...and I wonder why. More
