Although the service rep stated my issue couldn't be fixed for weeks (due to staff shortage) they offered to inspect and diagnose the issue to be sure my car was safe to drive. After the test drive, th fixed for weeks (due to staff shortage) they offered to inspect and diagnose the issue to be sure my car was safe to drive. After the test drive, the diagnosis was not good and they repaired my hub bearings immediately while I waited!! The Service Manager test drove my car and ensured the repairs were expedited.
