Great service and customer service personnell I have always brought my car to this dealership for about 5 years now. They have a great team of customer service rep and a great repair service shop. I never had to bring my vehicle back for a repair that was not done correctly the first time. I know that the repairs are expensive at times, but you go away knowing that you have paid for good service and no worries. More

I know he has ironclad integrity, but also demonstrates great tenacity in solving all situations. Once Dan takes control, I relax knowing that my vehicle will be serviced to Dan's exacting standards. I trust his judgement implicitly. The entire Crest Service team is always extremely thorough and professional. Anyone who complains about dealer service hasn't been to Crest. Excellent customer service I have worked with other dealers and this dealer is the one I will keep coming back to. They made me feel welcome and offered me coffee and tea and ke I have worked with other dealers and this dealer is the one I will keep coming back to. Bad service department I brought my vehicle in for body repair along with items that were covered under my warranty. I explained to the service department what was wrong. Th I brought my vehicle in for body repair along with items that were covered under my warranty. I explained to the service department what was wrong. They never fixed two of my items. I finally got my vehicle back after spending over 3000 dollars in the body shop to find out the items were never repaired. I had my vehicle for 20 minutes and the same issues reoccurred. I had to bring my vehicle back up to the shop for repairs again. I am highly disappointed with the service department. The body shop did a great job. I will be going to a different Cadillac dealership in the future for all other repairs and services. More
