I have to say that my recent purchase at Crest Ford was probably the best car-buying experience I've had. Shannon and her manager Dan in sales was very prompt and responsive. Evan in financing did a great job explaining all the different add-on packages without pressuring me into things I told him I wasn't interested in. There were also issues that came up during the financing process that were outside of the dealership's control, but Evan went out of his way to identify a satisfactory solution after he saw that I was unhappy. I still don't like the car-buying process, but Crest Ford made it as easy and fast as can be expected. I'm satisfied. More

I have been taking my 2017 fusion for service at another dealership due to the change in quality of service at the dealership I went to crest Ford.
