I was not happy that the techs left the inside of my car dirty from the snow and salt, nothing was placed over my floor mats, normally the techs put down the Paper Mats. When my lease was up, I wasn't satisfied with the new lease contract, so I went online searching for another Ford Dealership, with the same model Suv, but w/out the panoramic top. I found one with no lease contract, so I went online searching for another Ford Dealership, with the same model Suv, but w/out the panoramic top. I found one with no down payment,. When Crest Ford was advised I would be using another dealership, they offered me the Suv there which had more bells & whistles with the same offer of the other dealership, plus paid for my first two oil changes. When there was a recall on the Suv, a technician was sent to my home to fix it. More
