Lies and lack of accountability by Ford and Crest Failed to repair issues after multiple attempts. Claimed that issues were unrelated, and not a recall issue to my 2014 Escape. As a result they charged me for repairs and did not provide a loaner vehicle. When I scheduled appointment I was told there would be a loaner vehicle for me, then upon arriving I was told there was not one and I had to rent a vehicle. I was told that if they had to keep vehicle overnight the I would get a loaner, I called prior to closing and was told they would call me right back to give me status of my vehicle, then didn't call back. Upon requesting reimbursement for my rental car because they kept vehicle overnight I was told that "they don't do that". Basically I don't believe anything this dealership or Ford says at this point. As a life long Ford owner this experience has resulted in me changing brands and I will never buy a Ford vehicle again. More
