Good Price for Horrible Customer Service Met with Tom Giampaolo after numerous calls for into on a certain used vehicle. Once in the showroom with Tom, EVERY inquiry (Carfax report, service history, fee's) was met with "well" followed by some excuse why it was a problem to just give us the information we asked for. His "best deal" that he "only doing this for you, to see you in that car" of $400 off the windshield price was the same as the internet price.. After a long day we left and bought from another dealer a mile down the road- WITHOUT HASSLE. Would never recommend buying here, go somewhere that makes you feel welcome and looks forward to SELLING you something, NOT PUSHING YOU INTO IT! Oh.. After we made an excuse to leave he never followed up with a call to see if we would return, this clearly demonstrates the lack of commitment to their customer and gives you a look at how a service or warranty issue would be handled..
