The sales staff was great but there were some issues with my CRV right after I bought it and, after waiting 12 days for someone to get back to me, the used car manager refused to address them. Among many other small issues, my key didn’t lock the doors and there was a bad gasket. He said he would replace 1 or the other but not both. He said the gasket costs $60 but it would be $400 with labor and a new key would cost the same. When I scoffed at the price he said, “Look lady, I don’t have to replace anything.” I’m a 75 year old woman and felt so disrespected. From the salesmen to the service department, everyone was wonderful, but this man made me feel like I never want to go back there again. More
