Salesman spent an hour insisting the car I wanted wasn’t available and pushing a different one, then suddenly admitted it was there when I said I’d leave because I didn’t want a different one. He also kept saying I wasn’t qualified to buy a car on my own and seemed annoyed that I’d already looked up APR rates. I asked multiple times about Spireon (which they advertise all over) and was told they had no connection and the “care package” was just mats. A few weeks later I got an email saying there’s a tracking device in my car that collects and sells geolocation data but that was never disclosed. When I went back, the GM was incredibly unprofessional and aggressive. He called me “delusional” and a “ChatGPT zombie,” talked down to me, claimed he’d “never heard of Spireon,” there’s no Spireon advertisements around, I should be grateful for the device, and that he’s been in the industry 20 years. He kept saying it was a “he said/she said” situation and acted like he knew better, even though I had family with me during the purchase including someone with 30 years of experience in banking related to auto companies. They agreed to remove the device and send a refund, but it’s been months and still no check. On top of that, they’ve sent me emails with another customer’s info (name, car, VIN). They seem to have no handle on data privacy and are just hoping you’re okay with being tracked. More

The sales staff was great but there were some issues with my CRV right after I bought it and, after waiting 12 days for someone to get back to me, the used car manager refused to address them. Among many other small issues, my key didn’t lock the doors and there was a bad gasket. He said he would replace 1 or the other but not both. He said the gasket costs $60 but it would be $400 with labor and a new key would cost the same. When I scoffed at the price he said, “Look lady, I don’t have to replace anything.” I’m a 75 year old woman and felt so disrespected. From the salesmen to the service department, everyone was wonderful, but this man made me feel like I never want to go back there again. More

I continue to go to Crest Honda because of their customer service & knowledge! Traded in my honda accord i got on 2022 at Crest for a new CRV! Very happy with my experience here always.
