I recently bought a new car at Crest Honda, and the experience was fantastic. He took the time to answer my questions and never made me feel rushed. A few days later, I had to stop by to pick something up, and Matthew Lyons was there to assist me. He was just as kind and helpful, which really showed me the consistency of their excellent customer service. After a bad experience at another local Nashville dealership, Crest Honda was a breath of fresh air. I can't recommend these guys enough—if you're looking for a positive, hassle-free car-buying experience, Sabir, Matthew, and the whole Crest Honda team are the ones to see! More

The sales reps act like it’s a burden to do their jobs (standing at the reception desk in a cluster and not even trying to introduce themselves even after the receptionist asked if help was needed) and the one we got was the worst. His knowledge of the vehicles was minimum, and he seemed like he didn’t even want to sell cars and was put out to show us the only one we were shown on the lot. I would never recommend crest to anyone ever for anything. We left and bought a new car at another Honda dealership-one that acted like they wanted to sell a car. 0/10 More
