I really didn’t think I was going to buy/lease another Infiniti as I just had one for 3 years and one before that for 13 years. I was about to buy a Lexus. However, I met Rustik and DJ who were both so e Infiniti as I just had one for 3 years and one before that for 13 years. I was about to buy a Lexus. However, I met Rustik and DJ who were both so easy to work with. No pressure at all. Rustik put a great deal together and DJ finalized it with all my last minute changes. Great team work. And truly, all the folks At Infinity deliver great team work. I even had a great experience signing all the financials with Li. She is funny and no pressure at all. Then, DJ goes the extra mile and unloads all my “junk” from my old car and throws all trash out and gets me all situated in my new car and off I went!! I can’t thank Rustik and DJ enough for making the car buying process very easy and fun! Guess that’s why I keep coming back! I’ll definitely refer you and Crest for sure! Ronnie Pike More

Ben is a genuinely nice person. I contacted him about buying a car he had in inventory in Frisco. He offered to drive it to me the next day (Saturday) in Austin. This would be like a 9 hour round trip f buying a car he had in inventory in Frisco. He offered to drive it to me the next day (Saturday) in Austin. This would be like a 9 hour round trip for him. I found out that he had two kids at home and that he was going to have to leave after work. I felt really bad because he was so willing to go so far out of his way to get me the car. In the end, I wouldn’t let him do it. It just showed me what a great individual he is. More

He went above and beyond explaining the features of the QX60. DJ made sure the price point matched the vehicle features we wanted most (safety). He was very patient and understanding that the vehicle was a big investment for us. I can't reiterate it enough, this was by far the best vehicle buying experience.
