I actually visited the dealership twice, both times I was treated with respect by all Infiniti folks I came in to Contact with which included Austin Arledge(Infiniti Sales Director) and Mike Brosin(GM/Owner). Earnest told me the dealership is all about Customer Service. By the end of my transaction I felt exactly that way, they are all about service. One more thing about Earnest, I would recommend working with him to anyone that is interested in buying a vehicle. I felt that was treated fairly in regards to my purchase. One side story, I went back to the Infiniti Dealership the day after I bought my car, the owner saw me outside and said hello. I remember thinking that was nice, most of the time when you go back to dealership after the purchase it's like nobody knows who you are. Overall I was very impressed by Crest Infiniti. More

He was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly, giving off a great first impression. After that I decided to set up an appointment to drive the car in person, and Tux was easy-going and didn't put any pressure on the test drive. I ended up purchasing a Q50, and Tux went above and beyond to ensure the transaction went seamlessly. I've bought a lot of cars, and honestly Tux is a best-in-class salesman that genuinely cares about his clients and goes the extra mile in each step of the process. The finance department was also a great experience, as the process was handled quickly and efficiently. The amenities (café, charging stations, putting green) are fantastic, and paired with the quality of staff this dealership is by far one of the best I've dealt with. I'd highly recommend working with them. More

We found the car (2013 G37), and like me, it had some normal ‘pre-owned’ flaws, but in the end, the Crest team made some improvements that really made it My Car! This was the coolest dealership I've ever had the pleasure of doing busIness with. They were customer service driven and accommodated our every need., including buying our lunch in the dealership cafe. They gave us exactly what we expected on our trade-in and made us feel like we are a part of the Crest dealership family. Awesome experience that I would recommend to anyone shopping for an elegant yet affordable vehicle. Our QX80 is probably the sweetest ride we have ever purchased in my 60 years!
