As Infinity lovers (we have had two and presently have a Q50) we walked into Crest Infinity to test drive the QX30 and QX50 and met our salesman Steph As Infinity lovers (we have had two and presently have a Q50) we walked into Crest Infinity to test drive the QX30 and QX50 and met our salesman Stephen VanHess and ultimately the Management team supporting him. What a positive experience! We were in and out of there in less than four hours with the exact car we wanted and couldn't be happier. We do not like to car shop, we know all of our requirements and specifics going in and Stephen listened and easily moved us through the process. Everyone we met and worked with were positive and made what can be a tedious process enjoyable instead. We are so happy to have found this dealership and will make the five hour drive from Lubbock to work with them! More

Olivia was awesome! We came in to upgrade our Infiniti QX50 to a QX60 and still had 6 months left on our lease so we weren't sure we would be able to get what we wanted. Olivia was very helpful with our situation as well as selecting the right vehicle. She pulled three QX60s with different color combinations so that we were sure I was happy with what we would be getting. She was so sweet and personable. We have a 9 month old baby that we talked with her about and when I came to pick the new vehicle up and got home she had put a card and a gift for our baby! That is above and beyond customer service and made us feel very happy to choose Crest Infiniti again!! More

90 Minute Sale! This is our first time buying an Infiniti and dealing with DJ. My husband sent a couple emails to inquire if there was any money off MSRP then I went This is our first time buying an Infiniti and dealing with DJ. My husband sent a couple emails to inquire if there was any money off MSRP then I went in tonight--at their closing time! DJ was more than happy to help me even though I'm sure his poor wife was waiting at home with dinner on the table. Service was fast. The difference between this dealership and others is that I felt like I was getting rock bottom price the first go 'round--no back and forth necessary. I was signing the paperwork while DJ went to pick up my husband at home to get his new car--talk about amazing service! Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful and not one person passed me without greeting me. Overall experience was the best I've had my entire life--and I've bought quite a few cars! More

Well, I just left Crest Infiniti (spelled with an i not y, Thanks for the reminder DJ!) in Frisco, Texas, what I can say the place was amazing. But what would you think of a place that offers one building where you can buy a car, eat a gourmet burger, drink a latte, hit a hole in one on the putting green, and plug in your laptop and knock out some web surfing? (Sure resembles what my mind sees as a big part of the American Dream) So I walk up in the parking lot ready to fight cause we all know that’s what todays version of buying a car is, somewhere in between a 12 round heavyweight fight and getting kicked in the crotch for 3 straight hours. So exit my vehicle and start to stretch getting ready for what walks out the door, and out of the shining glass wall comes the one and only DJ Johnson, who if you have done you research is kind of a big deal in the car salesman game, some consider him the Chuck Norris of car guys. DJ met us with a smile and firm handshake and since I judge all my male counter parts on the firmness of their handshakes, I was immediately impressed. Now DJ and my wife had already previously spoken he knew what we were there for and he immediately got down to business. DJ’s mere presences had us in awe the way he regurgitated info on the vehicle which over 24 hours ago we had inquired about, talk about customer service, I was impressed to say the least. DJ had the car pulled around and showed us all the great features of the QX60. Real nice features but I was quickly coming to realize that DJ had most likely spent some time up in Alaska selling ice cubes. Even through the odd Jersey accent, this Texan was sold. We went inside to go over the details after a test drive around the great city of Frisco. DJ took a look at everything and told us what to except and my first thought was great now it’s time to go head to head against the Chuck Norris of salesmen knowing I was up against all odds. This is when Price Clark walked in introduced himself, to my wife and me and let us know that he was the Manager. (Already knew this, cause you know a boss when you see one) Price told us that if we needed anything just to let him know and exited the office. We told DJ what we wanted and he said to hang out of a minute and he would see what he could make happen. Now the story doesn’t end there all happily ever after cause DJ came back in with some bad news. Just a little working on some details had to be figured out and DJ worked his magic and after about 3 trips to Price’s office they both walked into where my wife and I were sitting. Price explained how the current deal was the best he could offer and did not even balk when I acted uninterested in the offer. Price immediately explained the math on the deal and why this was the best that he could do. So, back to me walking home from 2nd grade just wanted to say, Thanks Ms. Belcher without your persistence on me learning basic math these numbers on the page may not have made sense but your dedication to teaching prepared me for this day and gave me the ability to see that DJ and Price had just dropped a great deal on us!!! So I said, YES!!! Price let out a good ol’Rick Flair, WHOOOO!!! We all shook hands and got ready to start the paperwork for my wife’s new ride. This process was more than easy and actually quite enjoyable considering we were in a car dealership fit for a king. Li was great getting the process completed and selling me a package to help make sure there are no hiccups with the QX60. After paperwork was complete we were taken to an area where my wife’s new QX60 was waiting, we were shown all the functions on how to work all the tech in the vehicle, which is what separates Crest from other dealerships. The total customer service at Crest is simply put amazing!! DJ came out remove the bow from the vehicle so that we could take our new car home. We all shared handshakes once more and we were on our way. Looking back I went toe to toe with the DJ, Price and the gang at Crest and did not feel like I got round house kicked in the face. All in all we love the QX60 but the experience at Crest for sure helped make the usually tedious task enjoyable. I would give my recommendation that if you are in the process of looking for a car and want a nice ride and an awesome buying experience you give DJ Johnson a try at Crest, you will not be disappointed. Make sure if you get the deal done with Price he gives you the ol’Rick Flair, it makes the deal you got even better!!!!!! More
