Exceptional I recently visited the dealership of Crest Infiniti and had one of the most wonderful experiences that I have ever had in looking for a new car. I called the dealership and was transferred to Mr. DJ Johnson. We set an appointment time and I arrived and was invited to the office of Mr, Johnson. Mr Johnson went thru his inventory; found a car that matched my expectations and took me on a wonderful test drive; taking adequate time to share the multitude of infiniti features. Mr Johnson is very polite, professional, demonstrates exceptional product knowledge, committed to Diversity and sold me on making Infinity my next new car. I will be contacting Mr Johnson when I am ready to close the deal. I could not ask more of any professional sales associate. Great Experience with DJ Johnson As it is nearing time for my wife's current BMW Lease to expire we went to Infiniti of Frisco to look at the Q60 and was greeted by DJ Johnson. Howev As it is nearing time for my wife's current BMW Lease to expire we went to Infiniti of Frisco to look at the Q60 and was greeted by DJ Johnson. However, we were not ready to purchase a car right then and were just looking for ideas of what we wanted next. Over the course of several months DJ stayed in contact and we finally narrowed our selection down to an Infiniti or Audi. In the end we ultimately decided to go with the Audi but that was only due to a difference in features my wife wanted. Throughout this process DJ was very professional and did everything possible to help make a decision. I can promise you I put him through the ringer and while we did not purchase an Infiniti this time I would come back to this dealership and most importantly to DJ to purchase an Infiniti product.
