Best dealership in DFW Just purchased my second Infiniti from Jon and Ritchie at Crest Infiniti. I had a couple of months left on my Q50 lease and had brought it in for an o Just purchased my second Infiniti from Jon and Ritchie at Crest Infiniti. I had a couple of months left on my Q50 lease and had brought it in for an oil change. I had requested a loaner, since I needed to get stuff done and didn't have time to wait. They knew that I was considering the QX60, so they pulled the wrapping off of a brand new one for me to try out. I ended up turning in my Q50 and driving home from my oil change with a new car! The difference in the customer experience and level of service I receive at Crest Infiniti, compared to all the other dealerships in town, is incredible. I had considered Audi, Jaguar, and Cadillac SUVs. I had visited several dealerships for each. Ultimately, it came down to how I was treated by the staff. At Crest Infiniti, I knew I would continue to receive a great customer experience AFTER the sale. That makes all the difference. More

Good guy to work with Earnest drove a car out to my home for me to test drive overnight. We were able to make a deal on it the next day while I was at work.
