I took my vehicle to get serviced and addressed other system issues. I took my car in for a flat tire repair and I was told that they had reset the low tire pressure on the car and that they did not find anything on the tire. I then expressed my concern to Trevor and told that they had reset the low tire pressure on the car and that they did not find anything on the tire. I then expressed my concern to Trevor and told him that was impossible as the tire was completely flat. I told him I am driving 10 hours back home and want to make sure the car was safe to drive. Trevor stated that he was going to have it reinspected the following morning. I received a call the next day and was told they did find a puncture in the tore and that they had patched it. I asked why the tire was not replaced as I have a long drive and safety is my concern and was told that I wouldn't have a problem with the patch. More

Love the car. Worst experience ever after agreeing on cost. We were running out of time to do finance to set an appointment at 9:30 the next day. Said it would take max an hour since we would have our kids, and they didn't even get to us until 10:30 making it 2 hours. On the way there they called and said a sensor wasn't working so we would have to take a rental and have it delivered, fine. Next day it was brought and wasn't cleaned and detailed and waxed like they agreed, it was dirty. Then when they left they didn't leave the key and had to send an uber back with the key. On top of that the finance girl (who was great during the process) said she would send an email of all of the coverage and benefits we were getting as well bc so many things were getting lost in translation. We had to email call text, everything about 5 times until we ever got a response. Just the worst follow through ever once they had us locked in on payment. Again we love the car and customer was amazing, until we paid and then it went to crap. More
