Great Customer Service-Easy to Work With My car was rear ended and ended up being totaled by Geiko. Yikes, where do I start having not been in the market to buy a car. And Geiko was pushing me to return the rental vehicle within a week. I visited 8 different dealerships. My experience with Crest Infiniti and Jonathan Cornejo was the best. Jonathan asked questions, assessed what type of vehicle would best suit my desires and presented me with perfect options. He continued to follow up with me when I could not make a decision and presented more options as new 1-owner low mileage used vehicles became available at the dealership. When I finally settled on a car, Jonathan made the dreaded car buying experience a total pleasure. He was friendly and easy to work with & worked around my schedule, He even drove my new car half way across town to meet me at the rental car agency. Now that's service! Loved working with him. More

Great car buying experience with Kegan at Crest! I recently bought a new car from Kegan at Crest and it was the best car-buying experience I have ever had! I’m a single mom and I brought my three kid I recently bought a new car from Kegan at Crest and it was the best car-buying experience I have ever had! I’m a single mom and I brought my three kids with me and he treated them like family. I was very impressed with his kindness and thoughtfulness! He served them cookies, carried one to the car and even took pictures for us! I would definitely recommend Crest and especially Kegan!! More

Great salesman!!!! I started to car shop about 6 months ago and was introduced to DJ via the internet sales portal. I visited the Frisco site where I met with DJ and he I started to car shop about 6 months ago and was introduced to DJ via the internet sales portal. I visited the Frisco site where I met with DJ and he showed me a few cars. DJ took time with the car buying experience with me and was not pushy at all. We ended up test driving the Q50 red sport. This was an amazing car and I had to have it. That day the numbers just didn’t work out so I left. I keep thinking about the Q50 over the next month or so and shopping online a little. I remembered the experience I had at Crest Infiniti and decided to look online again. I saw a nice Q50 red sport and I decided to go and test drive it. I sent DJ a text and behold, he still had my number programmed and was so happy to hear from me. We test drive the car and purchased it. DJ is a wonderful salesman and will take his time with your car buying experience to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. More
