I came to Crest because I did not receive very good service from another Lincoln dealer near by. I was not disappointed in Crest. Porscha LaDuke, my sales rep was great. I emailed her to begin a conve service from another Lincoln dealer near by. I was not disappointed in Crest. Porscha LaDuke, my sales rep was great. I emailed her to begin a conversation about leasing a new vehicle, and she had pricing for me within 2 hours. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the Lincoln Nautilus and all the components. I switched iPhones which meant resetting the sync between the phone and car and she helped with this too, happily. Crest has my business going forward. More

Glad they were able to get me in for new tires. But now i have a rotor vibration at high speeds. I had new rotors and brakes put on at the Ford Dealership in Tawas and no one down here will honor the roto i have a rotor vibration at high speeds. Can I give them less than a 1.
