I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude and appreciation to your service personnel, Steve Knox for the outstanding customer service I received during my recent appointment with yo gratitude and appreciation to your service personnel, Steve Knox for the outstanding customer service I received during my recent appointment with your service department. I dropped off my 2020 Black Monochromatic Lincoln Navigator Reserve for service. Steve took his time to communicate the issue and how it would be resolved. He also recognized the time for repair would be lengthy so he went to great lengths to secure a loaner vehicle for me. He made the whole process very smooth, efficient, and seamless, which is a motivating factor towards continuing to bring my vehicle in for maintenance. It also speaks volumes about the positive work environment there and the people with whom he works with under Crest Lincoln leadership. He is an asset to the team and should be applauded for his professionalism and commitment to excellence. Above all, it is his unfailing dedication to customer service that continues to make Lincoln the gold standard for the world in the automotive industry. More

After a phone call with Jean at Crest, she sent out a mobile unit to service my 2023 Lincoln Corsair, rather than drive to the dealership. I started buying cars in the 1960’s and have done business with many different dealerships since that time. I am confident in saying that Crest Lincoln is by far the best. The Lincoln priority servic business with many different dealerships since that time. I am confident in saying that Crest Lincoln is by far the best. The Lincoln priority service program that is included with the Black Label model is wonderful. The convenience of having my car picked up and a loaner left for me, then my car delivered when the work was completed is hard to beat. I have been doing business with Crest since the early 2000’s and everyone I have dealt with in sales and service has been great. Something unique about Crest is that they have a person in the position of pickup and delivery coordinator. Her name is Jean and she does an amazing job scheduling the pickup and delivery and keeping me informed about any issues that may come up. Lincoln has a great car and Crest is a great place to get one. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. More
