"We bought our first car"
My husband and I bought our very first (financed) car this past Saturday afternoon at Quality Subarau in Wallingford. We were really nervous about it, because we have always saved up and used cash for large purchases. My husband called the dealer a few days before and spoke with salesman Brendan Murphy to set up an appointment. Let’s be real. All salesman are known for being fake, overly nice, a little greasy and at times extremely pushy. But, if I’m being completely honest, Brendan was none of these things. He was genuinely kind and understanding, helpful and resourceful. He didn’t try to force us into anything. He listened to our needs and budget and was super accommodating. He is very people friendly and easy going, so thankfully there were no awkward moments - and with test driving a bunch of cars, that was bound to happen. He granted us moments alone to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and he honestly gave us a wonderful experience. We have dealt with all types of salesmen in the past and Brendan was by far the best one. When it comes to our future vehicle upgrades and purchases, Brendan will be the only one we go to.
"Excellent Customer Service"
My husband and I stopped by Quality Subaru just to look around. We never owned a Subaru before. This was 3 years ago. Mike Mazek was our first contact. He showed us around and we test drove and bought a used Forester.
Needless to say, 3 years later we were looking to buy a new Forester and returned to see Mike because of the friendly, knowledgeable staff. Mike showed us around, took us for a test drive and answered any and all questions with the same very friendly and comfortable manner. (He is such a pleasure to work with and there is never any pressure).
Together with the additional staff of Mike Ward and Ed Chen we closed a deal, traded in our Forester and drove home in our new Forester the same day. They took care of everything.
Quality Subaru makes purchasing a vehicle a very positive and pain free experience and I would recommend them to anyone.
"Wonderful, Easy, Not pressured, and Fantastic"
I recently got into a car accident and was not happy about having to car shop. I started online for a vehicle that I may like and found a Subaru legacy. The next task was finding a dealership. This dealership was local to me and I figured I would swing by. I was greeted by Brendan the salesman. Although I left after meeting the first time to shop around a little more I decided to go back. Sadly the car I liked had been sold but recently there was a similar vehicle that had just been traded in. We immediately test drove it and put a deposit on it. From start to finish the process was smooth as a baby's bottom. I had been to other dealerships where they just wanted to sell me a car. Ultimately the way Brendan treated me with respect and not hounding me for the sale made me come back. I highly suggest anybody looking for a vehicle to stop by and talk to him. If he doesn't have a answer he will get you one. He was in constant communication with me through the whole process. He even set me up with a rental car for two days while we waited on the previous owners bank to release the title. All in in all I give this place a 10 out of 10!
