When you advertise a vehicle for a certain price you, as the consumer expect to pay that price. If you've bought a car before you know about TT&L...those fees are to be expected...but when a dealership adds the consumer expect to pay that price. If you've bought a car before you know about TT&L...those fees are to be expected...but when a dealership adds a $3000 fee that can not be removed it's part of the price of the vehicle and should be advertised as such. The Sales people we dealt with were nice, but the explanation for this mystery fee was bullsh^t. I also expected the finance guy to use high pressure tactics when trying to sell their add-on warranties but this guy was over the top. Also found it mighty funny that the interest rate dropped almost in half when I explained that we would most likely be refinancing the vehicle through my Credit Union. In my opinion a very shady dealership....I'd look elsewhere. More

So this review is coming as direct result of my first hand experience in actually purchasing and servicing a CPO Nissan Altima from Crest at the end of Jan 2020. The entire experience of purchasing my or hand experience in actually purchasing and servicing a CPO Nissan Altima from Crest at the end of Jan 2020. The entire experience of purchasing my original CPO car and all of the issues I have had with it thru there “award winning” service department has truly been a nightmare. I was sold a certified piece of xxxx and it has had major problems, starting one week after purchasing the vehicle. Service made huge promises and "fixed" the car, Only for the problems to continue non stop for about 5-6 months. I took the vehicle in a total of 6 times and they kept the car roughly 1 week each time. They could not seem to figure out why the collision sensor would kick on while on cruise control and make the car seize up, to the point of almost result in accidents. Not to mention a check engine light they could never get codes on. I am a front line health care provider, not a mechanic, and with all of this craziness with COVID, times have been very stressful. And all I had to do was go to auto zone, plug in a computer to get the codes and then I even gave them the print outs (yes multiple as I didn’t this more then once) along with videos to show them what was happening, and still got the reply of “we are not getting any codes on our end.” Because of there shady practices certifying a car that never should have been sold as a CPO, I missed way to much time with my new born at home and have literally lost thousand with missed time at work bringing it back and forth. And at the end of it all, lost another 5-6 thousand with getting it traded out for another CPO since the problems persisted and I just didn’t trust the car. I wish I could have just given the car back since it hadn’t even been 6mnth and walked away, but the only way to minimize my huge loss was for them to buy it back and sell me another car. The used car manager made me feel like he was helping only for me to realize they made up for the “overpaid value” of my car by adding in a $2500 accessory and conditioning fee that apparently a 9k mike Nissan needed time be sold as CPO. When I tried to discuss this and hav it negotiated, it was a no and was a take it or leave it ur SOL kinda attitude. And the kicker, the fee was not added the first time I bought the CPO so I know its xx and just a way for them to get more money. But again they had me bw a rock and a hard place so I had no real choice. Either keep the xxx that almost killed me twice or get into a different one and pay an arm and leg more. Then thru Service, I was promised two small accessories for the time and issues and that was denied at the end by the service director Vince and I'm not sure why. I am very very displeased with the customer service I have received from Nissan and will NEVER buy another Nissan or refer anyone to this dealership. Be very very carful with buying a car here. I’m not one to get frustrated or upset and write a review; I even gave myself a few days to cool down before I typed this all out. But I’m telling anyone who reads this please beware and get everything in writing. And then still I would advise go anywhere else. This dealership has ruined my opinion of Nissan forever and I have been a life long Nissan owner/family and will never again consider the brand after I get thru with this current car and make it out of this crazy time.
