Crest Nissan was great! I initially called Saturday to ask if my battery would be under warranty, and they told me to bring it in. I went in the next Monday afternoon and Dr I initially called Saturday to ask if my battery would be under warranty, and they told me to bring it in. I went in the next Monday afternoon and Drake (service advisor) set proper expectations that it would be a few hours to allow for troubleshooting and various testing before Nissan would approve a new battery swap. Ended up going back Saturday morning to do so and waited at the dealership. I also brought to his attention a button on the steering wheel that was stuck. Drake was very accommodating in that after the time he told me to give them had come up for the battery, he apologized but they weren't getting any answers of approval yet and got me a rental car to take while we continue to wait. Drake kept me updated each day, and ended up picking up my vehicle Tuesday with a new battery and new steering wheel replacement for both fixes under warranty. I would recommend not only this dealership, but working with Drake with your service needs. More

Very good communication from my service provider. The one thing that I really am a little ticked off about is the 3% charge for using a credit card.
