We are on our third car from Crest. We have always felt we were valued customers; from sales to service. I have never once felt pressured or led to service that was not necessary, so I have never felt I was charged inappropriately. When I walked in today when I dropped off my car, my sales guy, Brayan, even remembered me from a year ago and stopped me to chat for a minute. It's a big dealership, but I feel like I'm working with a small, hometown dealership at this Crest! More

I would never recommend Crest Nissan of Frisco to anyone. Their business practices are dishonest, to say the least. They charged me for financing, something that should always be covered by the dealership. O Their business practices are dishonest, to say the least. The salespeople and finance managers work together to get you into a car, but what you don’t know is that they’re loading you up with hidden fees.
