I was completely pleased with Chance one more time. Crest has great people working in Finance too! I was very pleased working with Jimmy Alexander and Leon Tang on closing the deal. Don’t go here. Sold my car to them with an offer from car gurus. Gave them the car on Friday and was told I had to come back for the check due to manager being out. Sold my car to them with an offer from car gurus. Gave them the car on Friday and was told I had to come back for the check due to manager being out. Thats was Friday on Monday when I was promised the check would be there I arrived at 430pm and was told they were writing the checks then. After waiting I was then told an hour later the check would be the next day as they had to wait on Bank of America to respond. I asked to speak with the store GM and was told by him if I didn’t like it I could take my car back and they are owned by Berkshire Hathaway and have plenty of money and cars. The next day I was contacted by the used car sales manager and told my check was at the receptionist desk waiting. When I arrived no one could find the check and after waiting another hour it was found to be in the outgoing mail. This dealership is completely incompetent and needs new management. I would not trust them with the purchase of a bicycle more or less a car. I wish the parent company Crest was aware of what is going on and that throwing around the Berkshire Hathaway name does nothing except make them look like fools. More

Overall, I have no complaints. I came in knowing my credit was low and was hoping they could work with it and they did just that.
