It all started with our sales professional, Chance McDonald. This energetic young man immediately greeted me and my son. We test drove our target vehicle, a 2023 Nissan Ariya EV. He then walked us through our payment options with no back and forth games. He brought out his Manager Mike to further add credibility to our options. The F&I staff was incredible. Pharrington, and Ali treated me and my family (my daughter also bought a new car the same day!) with such courtesy and respect. If we declined a product, they did not continue to pressure us.
