I've always been very pleased with Crest until recently. My 2020 Altima has developed an irritating rattle in the dash, so I took it in. They tell me I'll have to leave it for at least three days before My 2020 Altima has developed an irritating rattle in the dash, so I took it in. They tell me I'll have to leave it for at least three days before they can look at it. I left it, paying $40/day for a rental car. After 3 days, I checked to see what they had found. They had not even looked at it yet, so I picked up the car. I called again about 6 months later and they again say I have to leave it 3 days before they can look at it. I would think, in the interest of customer satisfaction, that making an appointment for say Tuesday and requiring you bring it in the evening before would be much better. That way, they would know they could get to it Tuesday. That's called planned scheduling. I do it all the time in the business I own. I know exactly when a customer repair will occur and barring unpredictable happenings, the repair is done when promised. As it stands now, it's basically "bring the car in and we'll get to it whenever we feel like it." I understand that staffing is currently an issue with a lot of businesses, but I reluctantly called a few other Nissan dealers and they seem to have no problem with this three day rule that Crest has decided on. More

My service manager Mario was excellent. Yesterday when I called, he got my appointment scheduled immediately. When I arrived today, he saw to my problems and kept me informed as the day wen Yesterday when I called, he got my appointment scheduled immediately. When I arrived today, he saw to my problems and kept me informed as the day went on. He knew my Crest service history and was able to relate it to the work currently being done. I won't know for a few days whether the technician's work fully corrected my issues, but Mario made me feel confident that I could contact him about any further steps that might be necessary. More
