I did not appreciate being told the dealership would not cover my factory warranty on a tire that blew out in the middle of the tread. The tires have been used since I purchased the vehicle, and the truck o cover my factory warranty on a tire that blew out in the middle of the tread. The tires have been used since I purchased the vehicle, and the truck only has 29k miles after 3 years. Very disappointed in this. I have purchased 5 vehicles through Crest Nissan, and I was turned away for something I was originally informed would be covered under warranty. Once I was turned away, I decided to perform my scheduled maintenance and oil change. Here are the issues I noticed from leaving the dealership to arriving at home: 1) Truck was not washed 2) Tire sensors were not reset, causing me to inspect tire pressure 3) Air pressure on all 4 tires was not adjusted to recommended pressure 4) Wiper Fluid was not topped off 5) Tire rotation left my steering feeling very wobbly Because of being turned away for the flat tire and the issues listed above, I had to make a decision to purchase tires elsewhere. I am very disappointed with the service and maintenance this time around. In 7 years I've never had any issues. I'm also a little taken aback that the Service Rep wouldn't even get a manager for me regarding the warranty on the tire, instead told me to contact the Appeals department. After this ordeal, I will only be going back for the regular oil changes I paid for in my maintenance plan. I'm a little taken aback that Crest would rather lose a customer that has bought 5 vehicles from them then helping them out with a $250 tire. More
