Very similar experience to some of the lower ratings here, this was definetly the worst car buying experience I have had. With the Capital one offer letter in hand...I left having no clue that the finan here, this was definetly the worst car buying experience I have had. With the Capital one offer letter in hand...I left having no clue that the finance manager chose a different lender even though I explicitly stated I only wanted to use Capital one since I had used them before and was familiar with their process for financing as well as having a very good interest rate with them. The salesman, Chris was excellent and you could tell that he even seemed uncomfortable with things the finance guy was doing. My Father is upset with me to this day once he looked at my paperwork and saw the details, he regrets not taking off work to go with me. 1. Expect predatory lending practices. 2. Expect hard sales for adding on warranties on the back end no matter how many times you say you don't want them the finance guy keeps pushing then. 3. Expect to be rushed to sign without everything being explained to you. 4. You can expect great quality in Cars. 5. Expect to receive good Information about the vehicle and all of the features,the sales man was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with showing the vehicle itself. 6. Expect to not receive any "perks" when they say I will throw in an oil change or car detailing it's a fallacy. I have went back twice and they all seemed confused as to what I was talking about and did not even honor that small part. The service department actually asked if I had that complimentary service in writing even the different managers promised this because I stated the poor service provided from the finance guy. Lastly, do head over to certain government departments in Tx to file formal predatory service complaints. This will help others from being taken advantage of and hopefully have a much more straight forward experience when making a huge purchase like this. Overall the car is great but if you start having a pushy finance manager just walk away, other dealerships are more honest and less aggressive and will happily take your money, finance pre-approval and get you the vehicle you want without being greedy. happy hunting More
