He was not pushy and let the car do most of the sale. We were even looking at a similar car at a different dealer and he offered to have it checked out to make sure it was safe even though he wouldn't be selling the car. The dealership gave us 100% honest feedback about the other car and did not try to make up fake issues. We were so impressed by their honesty and customer service that we ended up buying the Volvo they were selling instead of the competitor. Everyone on the staff was extremely professional. WORST To start horrible unorganized. I called made an appointment and they failed to mention the dealership location had moved. Drove to old and then had to To start horrible unorganized. I called made an appointment and they failed to mention the dealership location had moved. Drove to old and then had to drive 45 mins to new location. Poor directions given by associate. Then when arriving no one had a clue what to do. Sales assocaites were goofing off and didn't greet me. Then waited 2 plus hours for a simple oil change. Managent must have changed because this time last year I would have never felt this way. STAY AWAY FROM VOLVO IN PLANO. More
