Although I had a great experience with Caden in their sales department when purchasing my vehicle last year, I cannot say the same for their service department. I was assigned to Jasmin for my yearly ser sales department when purchasing my vehicle last year, I cannot say the same for their service department. I was assigned to Jasmin for my yearly service. I dropped off my vehicle yesterday at 3:15 pm and was told that the servicing would take an hour and 30 minutes. I told her that I would leave and come back, to which she said that she would give me a phone call when the service was completed. I did not receive a call so I called the dealership at 5:30 pm where I was told by another employee that she was busy and would call me back. By 6:30pm I still did not get a call so I called the dealership another time, I was told once again by a different employee that she was busy and suggested to leave a voicemail. Their service department closes at 7 and through the volvo app, I could see that my car was still not unlocked nor moved. I work early mornings and had to scramble to find last minute transportation as I was now left with no car. I received several text messages and phone calls at 7 am from her stating that she had left the dealership at 6 pm and offered to have the car servicing completed by 9am but unfortunately I was already at work. I checked the volvo app and saw that the hood and door was open, meaning that they were just then servicing my vehicle. When I went to pick up my car she had said that she had gotten my car rewashed since it was sitting out last night, insinuating that the service was completed the night prior. After telling her that I could see through the volvo app that the car wasn't moved until today, all she could do was apologize. If you are looking for a reliable and communicative servicing experience, I would suggest that you go to a different dealership or be prepared to find alternative transportation. More
