In with the old; out with the new Alycia, Linn & Pedro were all great. I have dealt with Linn Ford in service since buying my first Volvo in 2007 he has always made the service proces Alycia, Linn & Pedro were all great. I have dealt with Linn Ford in service since buying my first Volvo in 2007 he has always made the service process pretty easy and even tried to ease the wallet pain when he could. It was tough though this time - needed a computer module and tranny rebuild - just too much for the '07 so we were introduced to Alycia. My wife and Alycia looked at several and drove three while I stayed in the back seat. Alycia introduced me to Pedro who was good for a laugh and he even shared some of his favorite beverage with us. They were very patient with us as we tried to figure things out and all three of them stayed with us very late into the night until without even the slightest complaint. We really got the feeling that all three of them were trying to help us out and earn our service. Alycia was an excellent person to work with. She was super friendly and jubilant and was easily the best car sales rep I've ever worked with. She took the time to go over things with me and my wife twice (my wife arrived later than me) and has been checking up on us ever since. Good employees, awesome cars I've been to a few car dealerships, and it's usually a fight in both determining how true the things the car salesman is telling you and getting a up- I've been to a few car dealerships, and it's usually a fight in both determining how true the things the car salesman is telling you and getting a up-front, no BS experience when it comes to pricing. Was there a little excessive enthusiasm for automotive products that is found in car sales people everywhere? Sure, but it was at a minimum. I mean, it's a nice car, but it's still a car and not a universal cure for cancer here. They did not try to convince me it was as amazing as a universal cure for cancer like some other car dealers have, so definitely a good experience on that front. Was there a little haggling over pricing? The least amount and the least painful I've ever experienced. I compared the vehicle pricing to online sources and the dealership was within a few percentage points of the absolute lowest price you could be at and still stay in business. I mean, I'd rather there be no haggling and being up front about the margin you need to make to stay profitable, but short of that, it was a pretty darn good experience. Honestly, short of buying your car from a website and never interacting with another human being in the process, it was the best experience you can get. As you can tell, I'm a real people person :) More
