Headlight replacement Called the dealership and was advised by the receiptionist that I did not need an appointment for this service. When I showed up my advisor (Keith) w Called the dealership and was advised by the receiptionist that I did not need an appointment for this service. When I showed up my advisor (Keith) was gracious and stated that I did need an appointment but since I drove so far he would get my car taken care of. And he did. Within 45 minutes the repair/replacement was completed and a car wash performed. Perfect. I am repeatedly told that this dealership will move back to Frisco soon. This Plano location is very inconvenient and difficult to maneuver because of its driveways on the busy access road. Frisco Frisco Frisco. More
