Always a delight! From Curt, to Stan to Alycia - could not be a happier customer. Worked a deal that was truly in my interest while trading a car less than 2 yrs old. Alycia was beyond professional, personable, charismatic, and just down right charming from arrival to follow up two weeks after the sale. I'll take her personal interest in her customer's needs even further... Got a call 2.5 weeks after taking possession of the vehicle that my plates/registration were in. Told them I'd be by on Wednesday to pick up personallly and return the extra FOB to traded car. Two days after that conversation, I ended up in the ER which resulted in horrible test findings and an ICU stay for over a week. The day after I was supposed to return the FOB and pick up plates, I texted Alycia saying, "Can you please send a tech to me to drop off plates and registration? I will give him the 2015 FOB when he arrives. Sorry, but I am in the ICU and unable to get to you. I need help!" She refused to send a tech. Within two hours, she was entering my hospital room. So full of compassionate tenderness and a familiar sweet face to rest my sorrowful heart. Aside from the fact that she showed up personally, she brought a wonderful array of flowers and gift basket full of things every girl needs in the ICU. As for the dealership.....it's the 5th Volvo I've purchased from them. There's a reason for that. Once you buy a Volvo, you tend to always to back and eventually refuse to purchase anything BUT one! (That's me!) I've had the last several of my vehicles serviced there and always been happy. Professional, prompt to make appointments and always a delight to deal with. More
