It took a hour to reach anyone on the phone , all calls went to automation answering machine. When I finally got the answering machine then I made my appointment for service. Was scheduled on a TUESDAY fo went to automation answering machine. When I finally got the answering machine then I made my appointment for service. Was scheduled on a TUESDAY for service, however my car was not serviced until Friday. I had to call repeatedly and leave messages to receive any information. The the service manager gave me some outrageous estimate before he realized he had my car mixed up with some other car , I am a Buick customer have purchased 4 new Buicks in my lifetime. Love Buick cars always have had great service experiences . However Crestmont Buick GMC service experience was just Awful, POOR communication , UNPROFESSIONAL personnel. I am in the market to purchase a 5th new Buick and I will not even consider Crestmont Buick GMC because of the service. SERVICE means EVERYTHING!!!! Check my record I have purchased a Skylark new from Bill Lake Buick A Century from Cobbledick Buick a century from Bill Lake Buick and a2010 Buick LaCrosse from Steve Barry Buick . I do not recommend Crestmont Buick GMC to anyone !!!! More
