I scheduled a recall appointment online, then called the dealership service department and asked them to check the recall to make sure the service was going to be done. After waiting an hour they came back dealership service department and asked them to check the recall to make sure the service was going to be done. Service was great and the wait-time was not unreasonable. However, I am used to driving premium cars, so I am accustomed to having my car picked-up and dropped-off for service. I am also used to having service included, and at much longer intervals, so more frequent service at my cost is not a winning combination for me. More
