I told Hanna that I needed a new battery as mine was dead and had required a jump to start. When she gave me the pricing she told me there was a $45 charge to inspect the battery. I told her to skip the diag and had required a jump to start. When she gave me the pricing she told me there was a $45 charge to inspect the battery. I told her to skip the diagnostic and just put the battery in. She said the diagnostic was required but might be waived, which it was. When the car was ready I had to ask for the warranty information which she verbally gave me as 1 year. I would have appreciated some written information about the battery or info on where I could access it. Poor customer service. The 1 year warranty is ridiculous but has nothing to do with Hanna.
