I did not like that the fiance guy did not speak to me directly even though I was the person buying the vehicle. He only spoke directly to my fiancé. Their phone rings forever whenever you call. Had valet service and driver who was wonderful. They were supposed to call me day before scheduled appointment to confirm appointment and never did. They were to pick up my car by 9:30 AM Wednesday, July 15, but at 9:15 when I had never gotten a confirmation, I called them and once again the phone rang forever until I got someone to go check that valet was coming to pick up my car. They ended up coming at 1 o'clock in the afternoon saying they were running behind This was for my annual oil change. My car has 7500 miles on it. They kept my car overnight without ever calling to let me know that and at 2:30 on Thursday when I never heard from them, I called to find out what was going on. whoever answered the phone said she would check it out and call me back. She called me back at 6 PM that evening. Apparently her phone wasn't working according to her. They finally brought my car back on Friday at 3 PM. This was all due to an oil change??? More

6 calls just to schedule appointment, 8 calls to get status and still no human! status and still no human! More
