I made an appointment three weeks in advance for an airbag recall. The recall would require my car to be at Klaben for the majority of the day. Brandon Pritchett scheduled the appointment along with a car rental over the phone. On the day of the appointment I checked in for my appointment. I’m told by Brandon that he does not have me on the schedule for the recall or my oil change. I said you were the one who I spoke with three weeks ago, so I’m not sure why you are not showing my appointment.
Sean Bradford just happens to stop by to say good morning. I explained to him according to Brandon I do not have an appointment that was booked three weeks ago. This also means that my car rental is non-existent. I’m concerned by Brandon’s error, the rest of my day would be thrown off. Sean stated with confidence: I’ll take care of it, I was not sure he could.
I made the statement to Sean in front of Brandon, I no longer wanted Brandon to take care of me regarding the work on my car. This was not the first time I had experienced Brandon neglecting to provide the best customer service. Sean said he understood.
I’m then driven to pick up the car rental. They did not have an appointment for me, because it was never booked. I called Sean back and explained the situation. He got me back to the dealership immediately. He was able to loan me a car from the dealership. Before I left, Sean introduced me to Tyler, another member from the service team. He assured me I was in capable hands, and to my surprise I was. Tyler gave me regular updates on the repairs on my car.
This experience started off chaotic and stressful, but Sean was able to get in front of it, remained in front of it until I had my car back. Without his leadership regarding this matter, it would have continued to spiral out of control. I’m truly grateful for his excellent customer service. I wanted to make sure I took the time to share how Sean Bradford from Klaben Ford values his customers.
Roscoe greeted me by name as soon as I got out of my car. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient as I took a long time to make a decision. He explained everything in a way I could understand and worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted. Will definitely be a return customer!
