I explained to Brandon that my heated seat button was not working. He wrote it up in the report to the auto tech. The auto tech confirmed that it was faulty. He explained to me that it was covered under extended warranty plan. Brandon answered my questions and was very polite.
unlike other dealers, at Klaben an 8am service means an 8am service. Truck was taken back immediately and service was done professionally. Would recommend Klaben to others!

My experience with Kent Klaben Ford was absolutely fantastic. everybody was very friendly. We were lucky enough to work with nick and jennifer. both were very friendly. Nick kept going back to try and get us more discounts he was great. Jennifer got us out of there pretty quick. When i turn in my escape I hope that they are both still working there. Our experience with Kent Klaben Ford was excellent and i would definently recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
